Altenew Educator “Love & Friendship” Blog Hop +Giveaway

Hello everyone,

 From Cairo,  Egypt .. Welcome to Altenew Educators Blog Hop! So excited to be invited to celebrate Altenew Educator “Love & Friendship” Blog Hop +Giveaway.  at  Altenew Card Blog  with amazing card makers and AECP editors.

Although I was super busy but  I couldn’t resist  when dear Virginia (our supervisor) invited me to be part of Altenew Educator  2nd blog hop  “Love & Friendship”. And after all the encouraging and inspiring spirits and topics from my colleagues at our  secret Altenew Editor facebook group .

For this  post I was super excited, grateful,  stressed and filled with lots of emotions. In this summer I went back to Egypt in long vacation after 4 years . I was super busy but so proud that I made these cards to give my friends although I had a very few cardmaking matrial  ( it was extremely hard to pick some of lost of amazing altenew products ).  My friends and family  here were super surprised with the designs and quality of the cards . They love the sentiments on the cards . I was so grateful for being one of this hop that encouraged me to do some cardmaking in the middle of our busy life and to remember spreading kindness and a little happy thoughts  in our handmade cards worth alot for the one we love.

For my cards today , I wasn’t think for a specific theme or order, other than I wanted to use the  Altenew stamps and the matrial I picked with me to create a lovely card to my friends and loved ones..

For my first card ..

 

I made this mixed media card .. I used Altenew Flowing Hearts Stencil   with the Altenew Classic Alphabet Die Set.

 

First I used embossing paste with the stencile over a  heavy watercolor paper . After it sprayed the paper with water and I added some shimmer coloring powder , then I sprayed more water to blend the colors togather..

I die cut I and u with  Altenew Classic Alphabet Die Set. and I added them to make I ❤ u . Then I added a silver thread and a vellum  strip  and 3 lovely sentiment from Altenew label love stamp. I added the die cut leaves from Altenew fantasy floral 3d die set .  I used silver glitter gel pen over this branch of leaves to add some sparkly details..

For my second card ..

This card I love it so much, love the mix and match designoon it. I used many altenew products. Altenew Flowing Drops Stencil  , Altenew Trendy Circles Stamp Set  ,Altenew fine alphabet dies,  Altenew Rose Flurries 3D Die Set ,  Altenew Wildflower Garden Stamp Set

 

 

I die cut many circles with different size and I arrange them on textured card base over a silver thread on the back with some color splashes on the background ..

I stamped these sentiment from  Altenew Trendy Circles Stamp Set   and Altenew Leaf Canopy Stamp Set with  Altenew permenent black ink.  One of my most favorite black ink to use in my cards.

In this card I stamped these two leaves from   Altenew Leaf Canopy Stamp Set And I colored it withAltenew watercolor pan

 

I used  no line watercoloring technique, and  i love these colors the mix between multiple purple, green, blue, lagon and gray were super awesome . To give to another awesome friend..

In my 4th card.. I used a new tech. that I never used.. This kind of interactive card that goes amazing with flowers stamps.. Double opened card with sneaked and new image with every opening… To create scene progression .. It made it with 2 card stock overlapping each other.

 

I used Altenew Beautiful Peony Stamp & Die Bundle and I stamped one of the flower and some leaves in the first layer and I stamped you are the best sentiment from Altenew Leaf Canopy Stamp Set

Then when you open it there is a second sneak peak of another flower and leaves from the same Altenew Beautiful Peony Stamp & Die Bundle

For the final one is  more leaves and a butterfly from Altenew Dream Big Stamp & Die Bundle ,  with another sentiment  from Altenew Leaf Canopy Stamp Set..

 

I like that the sentiments are matched and you will have a very kind touch in this card.

In my 5th card ..

I used the same technique to create 2 layer  gate card over a black cardstock..

 

In this card I used Inked Rose Stamp & Die Bundle And the small butterfly from Altenew Bamboo Rose Stamp Set

For the first layer is the big rose and the big leaf from Inked Rose Stamp & Die Bundle And the sentiment from Altenew Leaf Canopy Stamp Set..

 

For the second layer is more small leaves..

For the 3rd final one is the butterfly and white splatter all around and the sentement from

Love the contrast between red, greenand black  I used altenew winter wonderland watercolor brush And Altenew Tropical Fiesta Watercolour  Brush Markers. With some white splatter and this  amazing lovely sentiment from Altenew Leaf Canopy Stamp Set

The coming  ones was my first lay out I placed the butterfly over the big rose.. Which I like more.. I wanted to share both of them

For my 6th card ..

For this card i couldn’t resist using my favorite material which is vellum..

 

I used Altenew Dainty Bouquet Stamp Set. and perment ink for Stamping over vellum. 

 

With a perment  muli gray perment ink over a vellum.. I  Stamped  the flowers and leaves details I used colored perment inks. Then I used embossing powder over them to give it some dimensions.

I stamped the sentiment I love you over a vellum too  and I die cut it as a tag.. Then I attached it with lovely ribbon to the flower stem.

Here is my 7th card ..

Shaker is a happy card for all ages. In this card I made this open clear Shaker.

I love the colors for this Fancy Frames Stamp Set  I stamped them with pink, purple  colors. Then I used Altenew Sunburst Stencil  to do dry embossing and color the background with purple.

I die cut the middle of it and I placed two layer of clear acetate which matched pink and purple shakers element. I stamped the hello my dearest friend inside the card.

For this  rainbow kind card..

I smashed some of rainbow colors from   Rainbow Prism 6 Mini Cube Set  in the background and I stamped these flower images  from  Altenew bamboo rose stamp  with black ink and I colored it with  Altenew watercolor pan .

 

Then I fusy cut it and arrange them on the card. The sentiment is from Altenew Leaf Canopy Stamp Set.

For my last card .. it’s kind of happy anvirsary card with so  Simple. Clean , elegant design.

 

I  stamped and I colored this butterfly from Altenew Dream Big Stamp & Die Bundle , ,  i fussy cut  part of the flower from altenew ruffled flowers stamp and die bundle

The c is from  Altenew fine alphabet dies , this congratulations font from  Altenew cake love stamp  and I give these elegent touch by using Altenew gold rise embossing powder

At AECP( Altenew Educator Certification Program )

I learned a lot , and the program is encourage me to improve my skills, learn new techniques, open my YouTube channel, learn more of the technical skills, had my first workshop for card making and learn other hwo to create an amazing arty cards, lots of discount on the unique altenew products, comenicate with so talented crafter and get lots of advices from our leader Virginia and Erum . And many many Manu more.

It enriched my life with the passion for card making. And I am still learning and apply for the new amazing class.
