Shine and bright

I made this card with inspiration of the rainbows colors most of the people image rainbows in the morning with the sun and rains .

but this time I thought about the rainbow in our outer place with these shiny stars moving there

this card express moving stars in there tracts with the rainbow colors

I used winni and Walter true stamp set to stamp these wounderful star, and I cut some of them to give diffrent dimension .

i coloured my back ground with black and a rainbows stripes inbetwwen and embossed a gold stars splatter.

i embossed the sentement in gold and added to my card , and put some sequins matched to the stripes. And I pop it over a light gold cardstock .

i add some shimmer here and there in this card to give the shiny effect.
